About the Polling Board

UNOG Polling Board – Rules of Procedure

Following the Ordinary General Assembly on 31 January 2026 and the Extraordinary General Assembly on 23 April 2026, the following staff members have been elected as polling officers, and will serve in office until 31 March 2027 (or individual contract length):

At its first meeting, held on 2 April 2026, the Polling Board appointed the following positions:

At its meeting on 30 April 2026, the Polling Board adopted the following decision in line with Regulations Chapter I Article 3(3):

The number of signatures required for the purposes of submitting a written request for a referendum in line with Regulations Chapter VII Article 15 (3) shall be six hundred and seventy-four (674), that is fifteen (15) per cent of the 4,487 eligible staff members. This number shall remain unchanged throughout the term of office of the current Polling Board.
