The Joint Inspection Unit (JIU) of the United Nations System is inviting active staff and retirees of its 28 participating organizations to provide feedback on the service quality of their organization-funded health insurance scheme(s). The survey is part of JIU’s review that is aimed to identify good practices and potential areas for improvement to enhance the quality, efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of UN health insurance schemes for staff and retirees.
