You will recall that in 2016 the International Civil Service Commission changed the pay and benefits of P staff in a number of important ways. Since then you have been sharing with us a number of concerns with these changes, including for example the loss of the yearly step increments and changes to the education grant scheme.

CCISUA, which is the federation to which the Staff Council belongs, has decided along with the other two staff federations to conduct a survey in order to inform its position during the upcoming ICSC session that will take place in Geneva from 16 to 27 August and that will look into a comprehensive assessment of the compensation package.

That is why, we kindly invite staff in the P and above categories to fill in this Pulse Check survey, which is entirely confidential, by 16 August.

Vous n’êtes pas sans savoir qu’en 2016 la Commission de la Fonction Publique Internationale (CFPI) a introduit des changements importants sur le régime des prestations dont bénéficient les fonctionnaires de la catégorie des administrateurs (P). Depuis lors, vous nous faites part de vos préoccupations concernant différentes questions, y compris la perte des avancements annuels d’échelon et les changements dans les calculs de l’indemnité pour frais d’études.

La CCISUA, qui est la fédération à laquelle appartient le Conseil de coordination du personnel, a décidé avec les deux autres fédérations de mener un sondage afin d’informer sa position lors de la prochaine session de la CFPI qui se tiendra à Genève du 16 au 27 août et qui examinera une évaluation générale du régime de prestations.

C’est pourquoi, nous invitons les fonctionnaires de la catégorie P et au delà à répondre à ce « sondage éclair », qui est entièrement confidentiel, avant le 16 août.
