Vote on 13 and 14 December for the pension fund board
December 12, 2012

Vote on 13 and 14 December for four staff representatives and two alternates to the board of the pension fund. We encourage all staff who are members of the pension fund to vote by following this link

For staff in Geneva, the Council believes that key issues that the pension fund board will need to address include:

  • ensuring the fund remains a defined benefit scheme at a time when member states are putting pressure on the organization to change this;
  • keeping the management of the fund in-house and not outsourcing to banks, who are more motivated by the fees and commissions they can earn than by fund performance;
  • better addressing the needs of staff who retire in Switzerland and the Euro zone.

The list of candidates are below and their profiles and statements are available here.
