I personally didn’t know Karina but I know the pain that comes with loosing a loved one. I can only hope that Karinas family can find comfort and scale through. I am truely sorry for this loss and the pain and emptiness. One day it will be okay. C’est avec un mélange de surprise et d’incompréhension que j’ai appris le départ de Karina. Son sourire, sa générosité, et sa bienveillance envers chacun de nous aura laissé une empreinte qui restera longtemps dans nos cœurs. Je me souviendrai d’elle comme d’une collègue précieuse, toujours prête à aider, et d’une femme de grand cœur.

She often shared stories about her children that she loved deeply. Karina spoke her mind, was a problem solver, and mostly she was a fighter. A very stylish fighter. We will miss her.
